Novice Competitor Orientation

According to NASA Rally Sport regulations, all new competitors must attend a Novice Competitor Oreintation (NCO) at their first three events. These sessions cover navigation, time keeping, safety procedures, basic event rules, and general rally knowledge. This year the Black River Stages NCO will be held on Friday evening so be sure you plan ahead to attend if necessary.

New competitors who plan on purchasing a rally license at the event must attend the orientation.

If you would like to request an exemption from participating in the NCO, check the NASA Rally Sport regulations to read the conditions, then submit a NCO Exemption Request form to the Registrar in advance of the event.
